All sauté pans are stamped The Design Store France. The smallest is 1 3/4″ high x 6 1/2″ diameter and weighs 2.93 lbs. The next is 2 1/4″ high x 8″ diameter and weighs 4.53 lbs. The second largest is 2 3/4″ high x 9 1/2″ diameter and weighs 6.17 lbs. The largest pan is 3″ high x 11 1/2″ diameter and weighs 10.36 lbs. All pans have tin linings and cast iron handles. The 6 1/2″ pan has copper showing on rim. The 9 1/2″ diameter pan was recently relined. Approximate thickness at rim measured with calipers is 2.9mm-3mm for the three smaller pans and 3.5-3.6mm for the largest pan.
