Circa 600-1500 AD. Made of silicified sandstone. Batman were shaman who were supernaturally transformed into bats after consuming Cohoba or Yobo to pursue their mystical adventures. The bat body has a human head, each wing is engraved with two large interfacing bird heads. 6″ h x 9 1/2″ w. Age appropriate wear, overall good condition.
