19th century. A rectangular tray with two handles with what appears to be a woman being swallowed by a fish. Possibly mermaids. Possibly a Hindu motif. Scalloped edge and animal paw feet. Unmarked. Tested as sterling silver. 1 1/8″ high x 17″ wide with handles x 6 1/2″ deep. 32.19 ozt. Monogrammed in center. Shows light surface scratches and age appropriate wear.
