Late 18th/ early 19th c. Mahogany. Two-part construction. With a two paneled glass door top over slant lid base with fitted interior. Two over three drawers. Ogee bracket base. Old replaced brass hardware. Old natural finish. Retains rare original paper label which reads ‘F. Carroll, Cabinet maker and Upholsterer, 12 Bachelor’s Walk, Dublin, Funeral’s Conducted”. 80 3/4″ high, 38 1/2″ wide, 20″ deep. Shows crack to lid. Minor veneer loss and repairs. One glass panel shows crack.
