Late 19th century. A scallop shell footed base with quahog shell feet, a cut crystal removable inkwell with a scallop shell top. Seaweed design in scallop shell. Monogrammed “C.B.F.W.” Made in Providence, Rhode Island in a Narragansett pattern style. 2 1/4″ high x 3 1/2″ wide x 3″ deep. The base is 1.38 ozt. In good condition.
