The smallest pan stamped Matfer toque (chef’s hat) measures 3 1/4″ high x 5 5/8″ diameter and weighs 3.20 lbs.. The next stamped Made in France measures 3 3/4″ x 6 1/2″ diameter and weighs 3.90 lbs.. The next stamped Matfer toque (chef’s hat) measures 3 7/8″ high x 7 1/4″ diameter and weighs 5.25 lbs. The largest stamped Made in France measures approx. 4 1/2″ high x 8″ diameter and weighs 5.82 lbs.. All pans have tin linings and cast iron handles. The Matfer pans were recently relined. Approximate thickness at rim measured with calipers is 2.8-3mm for the three smaller pans and 2.5mm for the largest pan.
