Original framer’s label on back “Thomas Agnew and Sons Fine Art Publishers to His Majesty, London”. Sight size 28 1/4″ x 23 1/4″. In period frame, possibly original 35″ x 30 1/2″. Covered in varnish. Black light reveals small area of inpainting on bottom edge. Provenance: Descended through Banks family.
