English Sterling Weighted Candlesticks. Circa 1917. Made by Goldsmiths & silversmiths Company 112 Regent St. W. Fluted shaft and scalloped base. 11 1/2″ high. Engraved on base I. S. L. June 1st 1917. The candlesticks were owned by Isabel Stevens Lathrop. She was a noted American singer and member of the French Legion of Honor for her hospital and reconstruction work in Paris during World War I.
