19th c. Black painted leather with brass bound tacks. It has an interior tag ‘A. A. Arnold, Providence RI’. It has red oriental wallpaper lining. The box is 9″ high, 25″ wide, 12 3/4″ deep on a later stand which measures 16 3/4″ high, 27″ wide, 14″ deep.
