19th century. Signed “S. Lewis, New York”. Turn finial at top, classical style central column, lifting lever is working. Two brass trays, supported by a mahogany and marble footed base. 30″ high x 24″ wide x 8″ deep. Good condition, appears to be working. Mahogany base was possibly refinished.
