Mechanism is working. Shows wear to paint and some rust. C) J. Chien and Company mechanical tin toy called “Busy Mike.” Working monkey with a funnel and revolving dispenser. 7″ high x 4 1/2″ wide x 2 1/2″ deep. Good condition showing wear to paint.
