18th century. To include a 20 Schilling Bank Note, dated July 17th, 1775, for the Virginia James River Bank, signed by Robert Nicholas, Treasurer, 3 1/4″ x 6 3/4″, with frame 6 3/4″ x 9 3/4″. Along with a 1741 Court Order for the Arrest of Christopher Palmer of Westerly, Rhode Island for failure to pay a debt. Found in the Gilbert Stuart House, North Kingstown, Rhode Island. Sight size 5 3/4″ x 8 3/4″. Overall with frame 13″ x 13 3/4″.
