(2) Ecclesiastical altar cloths or hanging. 19th century. Probably French. One with the crown of the infant, utilizes brightly colored silk thread on a silk faille ground, as well as light sequin and beadwork. Along with another banner depicting lilies among other florals and Maltese crosses. Both are 52″ long and 35″ wide. Great condition, very slight areas of color transfer, loose threads.
